Drew Eppley was born in 1985 and has had a unique passion for helping others ever since he was in gradeschool. His great imagination and out-of-the-box thinking really defines why the “Drew Networks” are so vast and growing larger every day. Drew’s talents and skills are truly unique as he is an autodidact (self-taught) individual who builds his portfolio on real life experience and his passion to learn new skills and talents is why he has such a passion for the work he does.

Eppley makes it a priority to always keep up with the latest technologies and has invested thousands of hours of his time towards maintaining and managing websites (as well as doing photography and videography) for non-profit organizations, friends and fellow disk jockeys. He now has a total of 14 years working in commercial media, professional management experience in various fields of work and real-life experience training in in the marketing, advertising, sales and customer service fields.

Drew registered to do business under his own name as early as 2004. NRCW LLC was officially formed on January 1, 2008 in Pennsylvania but his ideas have been in place ever since 2000. In 2011 Drew registered his second company, The MAPP LLC under a DBA of NRCW LLC and this company focuses more on marketing, advertising and promotions for the greater Cincinnati and Dayton, OH regions.

He takes pride in not only providing commercial services and consultation to his clients but he enjoys donating his time to the community and non-profit organizations when he can.

The entire portfolio covers a wide variety of services from custom audio production (remixes for DJs, dance teams / performances, voice-over talent tracks), commercial websites partnering with the vast opportunities open-source licencing permits, he works every day in developing new content management system (CMS) features and custom scripting for the needs of his clients.

Experience vs. Accomplishments

The number of years someone works in a field seems irrelevant to me. I judge others by their accomplishments and how much time they invest on continually studying new technology. If anything shows the strongest to me, a competitive company that has been in the industry for 20 years could easily be at a disadvantage. With a passion in the industry, my time should be valued for the investment I personally make to set time aside to continually learn, study and innovate on the latest technology and software.

Volunteer Efforts

Ever since my business took off in 2010 I have looked everywhere to create opportunities and volunteer. Often I have found myself investing in equipment and taking a financial loss but to me it has been worth every penny because of the experience. I realize it doesn’t lead to the quick dollar but to me value or helping just one organization for the better is a lot more important than money. It can be a weakness when it comes time to collecting payments but if a client doesn’t prioritize payments to me, I’m probably not doing my job.

Going Above & Beyond

Anything a customer will pay me a reasonable price to do is something I will do. I’ve always worked outside the scope of my known business plan for my clients. This has led to the current business plan of NRCW. My customers have an idea, I’ll go outside of my normal territory to do it. If you think I joke about being a last-resort to staff clients shop well I don’t. I work at a desk but if you need someone to staff the front desk of an automotive store for a few days or sell apparel I’ll roll up my sleeves and do it (at my regular rate of course)…

Interaction With My Clients

My clients have earned the right to dictate what I do and how I do it. If I can’t meet the needs of a client I will find possible solutions, but I will not hesitate to let them know. Going the extra mile for my clients has been reqarding in most cases. Those who have appreciated my work become “like-family” to me. Those who are not have left NRCW on their own terms. I am not perfect. When I go above and beyond it’s rewarding, if not from the client; always from the clients customers! Sure it’s hard to do and sometimes it can feel like wasted time but it’s a strong belief I have and I’ll stick to it.

He rmrmbers the night of new years 2000 as many thought the end of the work was coming with Y2K, he went outside during the countown and made a wish at midnight to become a very powerful entrepreneuer that would change the world.

Drew devotes his free time to preparing the company for what it will have to offer once the mainstream corporations and media begin to recognize the name. Projects have now gone from being developed as sandbox projects to add to the NRCW LLC portfolio to putting his abilities into commercial customers.

Drew has embraced those things that have been negative experiences in his life to drive the motivation and dedication to non profit organizations. He also brainstorms those things that may have been missing from other companies practices or policies based on his real-world employment experiences in management and high-title positions.
